ema is a slovenian-born mother of two, living off-grid on three hectares of mediterranean forest in mallorca with her partner tomas and their children. her work moves between motherhood, the feminine, and the long quiet labour of becoming a sovereign woman.
through writing, mentorship, and the cave women's container, ema invites women into radical responsibility for what is happening inside, instead of looking for it outside. she is the subject of the upcoming feature documentary becoming ema.
